Islamic Sex Education For Muslim Girls Course

Do you need help with explaining puberty and sex to your daughter?

Many Muslim parents find it challenging to bring up the subject of Islam and puberty. Perhaps it was not explained clearly to you, and you don’t feel you have the knowledge or experience to discuss sex education and Islam with your daughter. Nevertheless, your precious daughter requires guidance and knowledge within a framework of hayya (modesty).

Your daughter will be taught about sex from a secular perspective at school. She will learn about the health aspects, which seem okay. However, she will also be encouraged to explore her sexuality and experiment as she transitions through puberty. It's so important to teach your daughter what the Islamic view is about sex and puberty and the changes that will occur to her physically and emotionally. If you don't, she will be very confused. She could decide she wants to follow a very unIslamic, freedom-loving mindset about puberty and relationships. That will not be good for her in this life and the next.

As a fellow mother and high school teacher, I want to help you resolve this problem and take away your stress. Let me teach your daughter about the Islamic perspective on sex. I am creating an Islamic Sex Education Course for Muslim girls. Topics will include:

  • Intentions

  • Female and male anatomy

  • Sexual Intercourse

  • Puberty

  • LGBTQIA and Gender identity

  • Islamic sexual ethics and morals

  • Prohibited sexual relations
